新增佈景主題

1. 將設計好的 css 檔復製到 themes 目錄下。

   [root@mail squirrelmail-1.4.8]# cp ../dywang.css /var/www/squirrelmail/themes/
   

2. 從其他佈景主題復製 php 檔。

   [root@mail squirrelmail-1.4.8]# cd /var/www/squirrelmail/themes/
   [root@mail themes]# cp default_theme.php dywang_theme.php
   

3. 修改 dywang_theme.php。

   [root@mail themes]# cat dywang_theme.php
